Darwin High School is a Centre for Excellence in Science and Mathematics. Students in the C4E program are provided with a range of opportunities that extend their learning beyond the normal classroom.
Typically C4E is for students aspiring to careers in engineering, including chemical and mechanical, and science including biotechnology and forensic science. Nevertheless it is open to all students who have a thirst for learning and demonstrated aptitude in Mathematics and Science.
Charles Darwin University, Xstrata and Conoco Phillips contribute to the specialised scientific learning that is central to the courses on offer.
Placement tests for C4E 2013 were conducted on 8 September 2012. The results of these tests will be available in approximately 3 weeks.
